By downloading or using Ridura, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Ridura is a fuel management tool that helps you store vehicle details, manage fuel QR codes, and track fuel economy. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into Ridura, including vehicle information, odometer readings, and fuel records. We do not verify or validate the information you provide.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Ridura are the intellectual property of Leafy Code International (Pvt) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this app without prior written permission.

Fuel Station Disclaimer

Ridura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any fuel station, fuel distributor, or government authority. We are not responsible for any issues arising from interactions at fuel stations, including but not limited to QR code acceptance, fuel pricing, or station availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leafy Code International (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Ridura. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, inaccurate fuel calculations, or device-related issues.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected in the app. Your continued use of Ridura after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
